Holyoke Mayor: For Half A Week, Soldiers' Home Deaths Were Not Reported To State Or City Officials

Two other veterans have since died, bringing the total to 13 resident deaths at the facility as of Tuesday afternoon, according to the state Executive Office of Health and Human Services.
